Dear Betty,
I would like my labia majora to be fat and completely enclose the inner lips. Do you think that surgery would be the answer? I just really like that look. However, I do know that it is almost impossible to implant fat and get it to stay. It usually gets reabsorbed and would have to be redone periodically. On this I am hesitant. My clit is invisble when my genitals are at rest but the labia minora hang out towards the bottom.
The only person this bothers is me. My boyfriend has no problems with my genitals and he gives me delightful oral sex.
