I am an 18 year old boy who is still a virgin. Its mostly to do with my penis being small. There is a problem I feel could contribute to this but im not sure. I can only pull my foreskin right back when my penis is not erect and even then the tip tends to bend down slightly. could it be that the skin that joins my foreskin to the head of my penis is too short??

Please advise me on what I should do. as I want to enjoy masturbation and sex to the full.

Dear Will, Yes, it's quite possible your foreskin is attached too tight. Sometimes the action of masturbating with massage oil will gradually loosen it so the foreskin fully retracts. But tight or not, I doubt it has anything to do with the size of your peter. As I tell all young men who are concerned with penis size, relax. Women don't usually come from intercourse alone. Learn how to master come control and add clitoral stimulation when you do have partnersex and you'll both be happy campers. If you feel the intractability of your foreskin is interfering with your pleasure in masturbation, you might want to see a urologist. It's a fairly simple procedure to have the skin relaxed by clipping it. A few days without any JO and you're good to go. Betty
