In 2007, I created a podcast series and set out to interview second wave feminists. I googled “feminist” and “NYC” and Betty Dodson’s name popped up on the screen. She was living 20 minutes from my apartment. I showed up 3 days early and the rest is history.

My sex life w/Carlin is intellectual – we/I do not want it to become physical because from experience – I know that puts an expiration date on it. AND I want this one to last. To the end. I want to take this love affair to the end of my life w/o physical sex!
Reasons why!?
1. I become “somewhat passive” – not crazy but more crafty – when I have sex w/one person
2. I can offer a legacy not just physical sex – grandmother/daughter is perfect for this. Or like-minded sisters or sex buddies.
3. This decade is about passing on my knowledge. Carlin is perfect for this. She is my scribe, my girl Mon through Friday, my granddaughter, my business partner, my teacher!
